Three Dawg Lady Designs

Greetings Everyone, Wow, I have been away for awhile.....I came back from swimming with the manatees, and straight to the surgeon for surgery to correct torn meniscus on my left knee! So, surgery went well, and I feel great,  and am back to painting. While recuperating from surgery and being up late one night, I ran across Harry Potter! I love that fella....lol.....and I love the wonderful way these stories made children, and yes, adults too, remember what it was like to be a child again and believe in magic! When we were growing up, our parents always allowed us to dream and imagine and believe are sorts of magical ideas. So, I started thinking of my inner child and also the way my daughters were as children. I would look outside and they would be building castles out of the pine straw in the yard......running around with their arms out saying they were flying, and I just loved it! So, here is my newest painting..... "I put my crown on, and the Magic begin.....

Good Sunday Morning Everyone, Wow, I haven't posted in over a week, but, I knew I had to take the time to finally share with everyone how awesome it was to go swimming with the manatees with my sisters and my Mom! I can't express to you how special it was to have my precious Mom with us during this journey. As I had mentioned before, my Mom had spent the last 7 years being the main caregiver for my Daddy while he battled Pic's Disease, a rare form of brain disease. After, Daddy's death in December, we knew we needed to get Mom back out there and let her know, "that Daddy would want her to continue living"....and so we planned this awesome trip to Crystal River, Florida to swim with the manatees. I can't count the laughs....the smiles.....and yes, a few tears.....I will never forget this time with her and my sisters.....so, here we go....   So, if you find yourself in Crystal River Florida and want to swim with the manatee...
